On the section on Export Promotion on page 14 the U.S. Chamber stated, under Enterprising States, the following:"Given the limited resources dedicated by the federal government to support small and medium-sized exporters, some states and even private companies have created innovative and effective programs. The Chamber believes that many of these state programs should be replicated in other states and ideally on a federal level." On page 15 of their recommendations they gave examples of state programs as those that should be replicated.
