NCED Hosts Workshop to Amend Regs

The Nevada Commission on Economic Development is proposing the amendment of regulations pertaining to NRS 360.750.  A workshop has been set for 2:00 p.m., on July 27, 2010, at the Nevada Commission on Economic Development’s Carson City office in the 1st Floor Conference Room.   The purpose of the workshop is to solicit comments from interested persons on the following general topics that may be addressed in the proposed regulations--relating to taxation; providing minimum level of benefits that a business must provide to employees to qualify for certain tax abatement; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
